DOWNTOWN PARKING 
Free, extended parking is available at the municipal parking lot located on the corner of Fourth and Ruffin Streets (beside Dollar General).  Free parking is also available in several privately-owned parking lots (Corner of Third & Clay and West Ruffin Street).  Street parking has a two-hour time limit in the downtown district and is also free of charge.
